2. I know which homes are priced well and which are over priced.  I have often seen people buy homes for sale by owner and pay thousands over market value.  Having a Realtor on you side to help you negotiate price and determine the value of a home can save you thousands.
3. Most people buying a home, even if it is their third or forth home, have hundreds of questions during the home buying process.  Having a Realtor that can answer the majority of those questions at the right time could save you thousands.
4. One Call, That's All! When you have a long list of properties to see you only have to make one call and to me and I will do the rest.  If you don't have a long list I can help you put together a list of properties to see.
5. Having worked with many loan officers and a degree in business administration, I understand the time value of money.  I can help you find the right loan and loan officer which is almost as important as finding the right home.

5. Upgrade or downsize! Your home might be too small or too large for your current needs, or maybe the road that you are on is too busy for you little children.
